Zendaya and Timothée Chalamet took on CinemaCon this afternoon, both impeccably dressed to introduce Dune‘s highly-anticipated sequel. But between the two of them, Zendaya was the real scene stealer in a backless deep plunge sleeveless vest worn over culottes from Louis Vuitton. Her lob was curled on the ends and she wore her hair with a deep side part. Hoop earrings and gold jewelry served as accents on the Hollywood glamour meets business casual look:
With Dune: Part Two, Zendaya told the audience at CinemaCon to expect to see more of her alongside Chalamet’s Paul Atreides on screen. “She’s not just in dreams this time,” Zendaya said of her character Chani, via Deadline. “I only got a small time to find out who she was [in part one]….these are still two young people who are trying to grow up, fall in love and leave; being a warrior for your people.”
Zendaya’s appearance at the Las Vegas film event comes days after she went viral for her guest appearance on stage at Coachella this past weekend. Zendaya performed “I’m Tired” and “All Of Us” with Labrinth during his set.
Zendaya reflected on her Instagram Stories about the experience, writing, “I cannot express my gratitude enough for this magical night. Thank you to my brother @labrinth for inviting me and giving me the most beautiful safe space to be on a stage again. And to the crowd tonight…wow… my heart is so full, I can’t thank you enough for the love I received tonight, made all my nerves melt away, I’m so grateful.”
She added in a separate video posted, “I have never heard screaming like that in my entire life. I couldn’t hear anything but you guys, so I don’t know what I sounded like. It was so special.”
